Our return policy is very clear: there are no refunds.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle if you decide to cancel it before then. There will be no credit issued.

Even if things don’t work out as you had hoped, trading the markets is comparable to a subscription with Phantom Trading, in that there is no going back once your payment has been processed and your membership has begun. Please don’t subscribe if it worries you or if you feel in any other way that our community and approach are not appropriate for you. The truth is that we strictly abide by our terms of service and have a strict refund policy since we want to encourage professionalism among traders. Before making a trade in the market, we advise you to do your research, consider your choices, and come to a well-informed decision. We also recommend that you take this advise into consideration while determining whether to join the Phantom Trading community. As stated in our terms of service, we commit every resource we have to assisting traders in their endeavor. If we are going to invest that much time, energy, and money effort into someone, we want to be certain that they are dedicated to their success and are serious about the future. It’s okay if that’s not you. We are conscious that not everyone will be a good fit for our platform or way of trading.

If your financial position has you worried about paying your bills or if you’re anxious about being able to afford your living expenses, we must ask that you avoid the desire to sign up for our services. As much as we would love the opportunity to work with you. We don’t want to provide you a link to this page in our email response after you explain your difficult financial situation and request a refund. Don’t put yourself in that uncomfortable scenario, please.

We also want to remind you that it is up to you to cancel your subscription before it renews. Failure to cancel a subscription before it renews will not result in a refund. You can cancel your subscription in the members dashboard (Settings -> Billing Info) or by contacting us by email at info@phantomtradingfc.com (a minimum of 48 hours prior to your renewal is required).

 

 Policy Details

The Phantom Trading subscription plans (“Monthly”, “Quarterly” and “Annual”) are non-refundable. You agree, adhere and accept that Phantom Trading will assume (with your electronic signature, payment & fingerprint) that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to Phantom Trading providing you with the relevant access and your subscription contents.

Upon access to the Discord Community and Private Members Area, including the Video Education & Content your membership is active and services redeemed. 

The Phantom trading community “Monthly” Subscription is billed automatically each month unless cancelled by you. By subscribing to this package you therefore agree and consent to this. The Phantom Trading Community “Monthly” subscription can be cancelled at any time.

The Phantom trading community “Quarterly” Subscription is billed automatically each quarter unless cancelled by you. By subscribing to this package you therefore agree and consent to this. The Phantom Trading Community “Quarterly” subscription can be cancelled at any time for the next renewal.

The Phantom trading community “Annual” Subscription is billed automatically each year unless cancelled by you. By subscribing to this package you therefore agree and consent to this. The Phantom Trading Community “Annual” subscription can be cancelled at any time for the next renewal.

By subscribing, you therefore agree and consent to this.

You can cancel your Phantom subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Phantom platform through to the end of your billing period. 

If you wish to cancel your Phantom trading community Subscription at any time you can do so by using the MY ACCOUNT feature found on the Phantom website or by contacting us via email on our “Contact Page”. Please reference the email used to sign up as well as your Discord username and ID. 

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email 48 hours before the automatic renewal to ensure that proper time is given to accommodate the request.

Phantom is not held responsible if you forget to cancel your membership prior to the renewal date and no refunds will be provided if this happens. In this event you have one more month to take advantage of the Phantom content and community. Disputing subscriptions will result in an immediate ban from Phantom Trading and payment service providers will be referred to this agreement.
